The Principal Investigators of the CIPA study include Sverre Urnes Johnson and Omid V. Ebrahimi. Asle Hoffart and Marieke Helmich are part of the CIPA study’s project group.
The investigators are affiliated with Modum Bad Psychiatric Hospital and University of Oslo.
Objectives
The project’s objectives is to study how critical incidents, such as periods of infectious disease, economic recessions, and natural disasters impact mental health in the adult population over time.
Results
The study initiated in 2023 and is currently collecting data.
Collaboration
The CIPA Study collaboration with leading researchers in psychiatric epidemiology and the dynamical systems field at the University of Oxford, University of Amsterdam, National University of Singapore, KU Leuven, Modum Bad Psychiatric Hospital, and the University of Oslo.
