Tore has been affiliated with Modum Bad in leadership positions since 1987; as Medical Director, psychotherapy and research supervisor from 2002, with University of Oslo, leading the national ECCO-project (Evaluation of Clinical Communication, teaching the medical curriculum (2002-2008), and Interim Director of the Research Institute in 2006-2007.

Research Interests: Clinical Communication in the doctor-patient relationship, Personality Disorders, assessment and treatment. Follow-up after psychiatric treatment. Medical students’ and doctor’s health and functioning.
