Pål Ulvenes

Doctoral Candidate, Psychologist

Pål Ulvenes finished his Cand. Psychol from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 2009. He has been an intern at the unit for Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy at Modum Bad.

He is a doctoral candidate at the research institute on the Process Mapping study investigating psychotherapy process and common factors underlying different therapy orientations. Throughout his education Pål has been interested in Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, addiction treatment and process research. His graduate thesis studied new affective learning as a common factor in psychotherapy, and will be presented at the Society for Psychotherapy Research Conference 2009.
