Mona I. Thelle is working as a supervisor for psychologists at  Modum Bad, as a therapist at Modum Bad’s Outpatient Clinic in Oslo, and is currently engaged in a project aimed at developing a treatment manual for adult survivors of sexual abuse, supported by the two Norwegian organizations Extra Foundation Health and Rehabilitation and Horse and Health.

Research interest: Non-verbal therapeutic interventions related to early attachment problems and sexual abuse. Has a special interest in use of horses as co-therapists with this patient population.
